The National Address for businesses: annual subscription and its link to the licence

SPL's registered business address links your business to a verified address, which Balady checks when issuing the licence.

Annual subscription fees

  • Companies on the main registration: SAR 1,000.
  • Sole proprietorships on the main registration: SAR 500.
  • Companies on a branch registration: SAR 300; sole proprietorships on a branch registration: SAR 100.

The subscription requires a Commercial Registration and an SPL Online account [1].

Its link to the municipal licence

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MoMAH) and SPL have signed an agreement to verify the business address when issuing municipal licences [2].
