Delivery policy

1. How we deliver

We send the files to the email address in your request, with download links, and the link to the interactive dashboard for the full study. No physical products are shipped and there are no delivery fees.

2. Delivery times

• Free check: instant on the site.
• Decision report: within 3 working days.
• Full study: within 7 to 14 days depending on the size of the project, with the exact date written in the quote.

3. When the clock starts

The period starts when we confirm in writing that the data we need from you is complete, not from the payment date, because the study is built on your project data.

If data arrives late, or the project scope changes after work starts, we tell you the new date in writing before it applies.

4. Invoice

After payment we send you an electronic invoice showing the service, its total price, and the delivery date and method, under Article 8 of the E-Commerce Law.

5. If your files do not arrive

Check your spam folder first. If they are not there, email info@madrous.com and we will resend them, or send them to another address you choose.

6. Late delivery

If we are more than 15 days late against the written date for a reason not caused by you, you may cancel for a full refund, as set out in the cancellation and refund policy.

7. After delivery

You can change the inputs and scenarios in the interactive dashboard whenever you like. If you find an error in the files, email us and we will correct it at no charge.
